Coconut Matcha Latte
This Coconut Matcha Latte is a refreshing twist on the classic matcha latte, combining the earthy flavor of matcha with the creamy richness of coconut milk. Its a perfect drink to boost your energy and metabolism
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: whipped coconut cream for topping
Instructions:
Use a small saucepan to warm up the coconut milk so that it doesnt boil
Mix some hot water with matcha powder in a cup until you get a paste
Add the warm coconut milk to the cup that has the matcha paste in it
Add vanilla extract and honey or another sweetener
Stir well to mix
No need to: Add whipped coconut cream on top
