Strawberry Oatmeal Smoothie is a tasty and healthy drink that you can enjoy for a quick breakfast or snack. Adding yogurt, oats, and strawberries together makes a delicious and energizing snack.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk your choice of dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes as needed

Instructions:

Wash and hull the fresh strawberries

Add ice cubes to achieve the desired consistency and level of coldness
