One-Pan Chicken & Veggie Ramen Bowls

Enjoy a flavorful and convenient meal with these One-Pan Chicken & Veggie Ramen Bowls. Packed with protein, vegetables, and savory broth, this dish is satisfying and easy to make in just one pan.

Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables carrots, bell peppers, broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili paste optional
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Green onions and sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions:

In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat

Add minced garlic and ginger, saut until fragrant

Add thinly sliced chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned

Push chicken to one side of the skillet and add mixed vegetables to the other side

Saut until slightly softened

Pour in chicken broth, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and chili paste if using

Stir to combine

Break ramen noodles into the skillet and submerge them in the broth

Cook until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally

Once noodles are cooked, remove skillet from heat

Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving
