Chocolate Chip Snowball Cookies

Chocolate Chip Snowball Cookies are a fun take on traditional snowball cookies. They have mini chocolate chips and chopped nuts that give them extra flavor and texture. You can eat these little treats whenever you want, and theyll definitely satisfy your sweet tooth

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • Additional powdered sugar for coating

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet

When you put butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl, mix them together until they are light and fluffy

Slowly add the flour and mix it in until its well mixed in

Add chocolate chips and chopped nuts and mix until they are spread out evenly

Add the dough to the baking sheet and roll it into 1-inch balls

Do not brown the cookies

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until they are set

Once the cookies are cool enough to handle, roll them in powdered sugar while they are still warm

Put cookies that have been coated on a wire rack to cool all the way down

When cookies are cool, you can roll them in powdered sugar again if you want to cover them in more sugar

Keep at room temperature in a container that wont let air in
