This Low Carb Ranch Breakfast Quiche Tart is a tasty treat for breakfast. Its a tasty way to start the day that keeps your carb intake in check. Its full of protein and vegetables.

Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup diced cooked bacon
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 low carb pie crust

Instructions:

Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C

Whisk the eggs, heavy cream, ranch seasoning mix, salt, and pepper together in a bowl

Add spinach, diced bell peppers, diced cheddar cheese, and diced bacon to the egg mixture

Spread the mixture out evenly in the low-carb pie crust after you pour it in

It should be baked for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the middle is set and the edges are golden brown
